OMNILAB
Our Innovation Center
OMNILAB is WTECH's innovation center, where technical knowledge, engineering, and applied research come together to transform ideas into real, efficient, and reliable solutions. The structure developed for OMNILAB allows our team of researchers and engineers to perform CFD computer simulations, tank tests, 3D printing of components for testing, scale testing, and more.

Infrastructure and Technical Expertise
We have a wide variety of high-precision equipment to conduct in-depth analyses and extract maximum performance from each study. Our team is multidisciplinary, comprised of specialists in mechanical engineering, chemistry, automation, information technology, biology, and sanitation, with advanced academic training—including master's and doctoral degrees—and integrated work with some of the most renowned universities in Brazil and abroad.
Results that Support Innovation
- Greater reliability and performance of solutions
- More efficient and safer technologies
- Faster and more accurate field implementation
- Innovation built on a solid technical foundation
How it works
How
does it work?
1.Methodology
OMNILAB adopts a structured methodology that integrates theoretical foundations, physical experimentation, and mathematical and computational modeling. Solutions are developed in iterative stages of conception, validation, and optimization, ensuring technical robustness and industrial applicability. The focus is on delivering sustainable, reliable solutions with consistent long-term performance.

2.Multidisciplinary Collaboration
Innovation is, by nature, disruptive. In a world marked by increasing technological and social complexity, this criterion is only realized when people with different experiences and skills collaborate in building integrated solutions to real problems. OMNILAB operates on this principle by integrating professionals from technological, natural, and social fields, promoting the creation of unexpected answers to persistent challenges.

3.Technology and Sustainability
Driven by digitalization, we seek to simulate and automate industrial processes by combining physics-based modeling and artificial intelligence. This integration allows us to predict and optimize operations, reducing waste, energy consumption, and emissions, both in mechanical design and process control, with consistent gains in efficiency and reliability.
