The W-LDAF dissolved air flotation system, equipped with lamella modules, significantly increases the effective separation area, reducing hydraulic loading and improving efficiency in fine solids removal. Controlled laminar flow between the lamellae minimizes turbulence, enhances process stability, and improves clarification. This configuration enables operation with lower coagulant and polymer consumption. Its compact design allows operation at significantly higher hydraulic loading rates (m³/m²·h) and solids loading rates (kg TSS/m²·h), increasing treatment capacity within a smaller footprint and reducing civil works requirements.
