Microbubble generation systems are fundamental to the performance of flotation units, but they are also among the components with the highest incidence of electrical and mechanical failures. With this in mind, the W-BDAF skid was developed specifically for retrofitting operating plants that have limitations in this system. The generation of fine and uniform microbubbles increases the efficiency of solid-gas contact, allowing for more flexible operation in flow rate fluctuations and optimizing the use of the flotation unit. Furthermore, the system does not comply with NR-13 regulations, eliminating the need for periodic inspections.
