In aerated wastewater treatment systems, dissolved oxygen (DO) concentrations between 1.5 and 2.0 mg/L are typically required. Higher levels result in unnecessary energy consumption. In this context, the OxyTarget Flex line was developed to meet the demands of biological wastewater treatment, delivering high energy efficiency, a robust design, and superior aeration performance compared to conventional systems. With independent aeration and mixing systems, it allows aeration to be interrupted once the required dissolved oxygen concentration is reached, while maintaining proper biomass mixing within the aeration reactor.
